This model of working, centered on applications that are treated as out-of-context individual components, only leads to out of control costs, inflexibility and fragmented business processes that do not support the whole view of the business.

We use our experience managing business applications to professionalize the support and maintenance taking it to a new level we call Active Management of IT Solutions.

Our approach recognizes that in order to be effective in IT Solutions Management, there needs to be an explicit strategy that defines the future and the way to reach it for each individual application and for all of them as a set, in the context of the business. With that in mind, we assist organizations in examining their internal and external environment for IT and the business, and then identifying innovation and problem solution opportunities.

This approach is based on ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library, a best-practices framework for IT service management), ISO-20000 and other internationally accepted practices in IT solutions management.
